The House at Eagleview Park sits 200m above sea level with expansive and unmatched views of the Pacific Ocean from Gerringong, Gerroa, Shoalhaven and further south to Jervis bay, verdant Foxground Valley, Coolangatta Mountain, Pigeon House Mountain, Saddleback mountain & Barren Grounds nature reserve escarpments.
Accommodating up to 10-12 guests including children, the commanding contemporary timber and glass building takes full advantage of the awe-inspiring views, it is truly an entertainer’s paradise and ideal for large group bookings with the additional 1bedroom Guesthouse situated right nearby

Grab a cocktail or glass of wine & cheese platter because this is where you will settle back to watch the most spectacular and unforgettable sunsets and make some memories.

Number of guests strictly limited to number of guests on booking. Unfortunately additional day guests are not permitted.
Functions, wedding or parties are not permitted without prior permission
EagleViewPark operates on a septic system. Please don’t flush sanitary items or food down the toilets.
Pets
One well-behaved dog permitted per reservation
Guests must pick up after their dog
The dog is to be kept under the guest’s supervision at all times and may not stray from the dwellings
If dogs are being walked on the property, they must on on leash
The guest is fully liable for any damages caused by the dog. In such a scenario, a $500 fee will be applied.
Possibility of owner occupying property
The owner retains the right to occupy TheHouse during the time of a GuestHouse reservation. He may reside in TheHouse at any time during the guest’s stay in the adjacent and detached GuestHouse
The guests who have reserved TheGuestHouse will still retain exclusive access to the direct surrounds of TheGuestHouse area, these being the infinity pool, firepit, small barbecue near the firepit and lawn below the pool.
TheGuestHouse guests do not have access to, or use of, the areas surrounding TheHouse including the northern, eastern or southern decks, the inbuilt large barbecue or surrounding lawns
The property owner will not occupy the premises for bookings which reserve TheHouse or TheHouse+TheGuestHouse. It is only a possibility for bookings which reserve TheGuestHouse only.
Payment Policy
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 80% balance is payable 28 days prior to checkin
Bookings made within 28 days of stay require full payment at time of booking
Payment methods are visa, mastercard (1.65% merchant fee applies, and 30c flagfall fee) Bpay, and funds transfer
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled with over 28 days notice from arrival date will be issued a refund of deposit paid, less cancellation fee of $300
Cancellations made within 28 days of the booking’s arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking’s arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
