A valid form of I.D. is required to stay here - driver's licence, passport, plus a credit card in the same name as the I.D.

Rooms must be left in a relatively clean & tidy condition on departure and all rubbish placed in the bin.

If the room is deemed "un-rentable" for any fair reason a standard nights accommodation may be charged to the credit card provided.

The East Brunswick Hotel is a non-smoking establishment and as a result, where management determines the presence of any smoking residue in any room, a $200 additional cleaning charge will be applied to the credit card supplied.

The East Brunswick Hotel reserves the right to evict any person's from the premises immediately and without notice, or refund for any disturbances or unruly behaviour causing disruption to other guests.

If you cancel within 7 days prior to your arrival you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

There are no change fees.

No refunds are made If you leave before your departure date. Please bear in mind your booked accommodation is held exclusively for you and other enquiries will have been declined.
