Terms & Conditions

We make every effort to ensure the apartment is available as booked, however we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforseen circumstances.

By providing your personal details, you consent to the business providing, where requested, your contact details to approved health authorities for the purposes of contact tracing.

Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest and do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include: any personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises.

By signing the registration form at check-in, I authorize my credit card to be charged for any damages to the premises, incidental charges, applicable smoking fees, pet fees and / or any other charges relating to my stay at Esperance Island View Apartments.

Payment Policy

Deposits and Payments: A deposit equal to one night's tariff is payable to confirm a booking.

Balance payment on arrival would be appreciated. We accept all credit cards except Diners.

Cancellation Policy

Your stay can be postponed and re-scheduled to a later date without penalty.
(Subject to Availability)

Standard Cancellation Conditions: Your deposit is refundable should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival or if there are travel restrictions in place due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.

Peak Season and Public Holiday Cancellation Conditions: After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
