BY BOOKING ACCOMMODATION WITH US, YOU AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY STATED BELOW.
Our rooms are currently self check-in. Please ensure that we have a mobile number to send your check-in details, which we will send to you on the day of arrival.
A valid credit card will be needed to secure a booking.
Payment for accommodation will be taken in full from the credit card used on booking within 3 days of arrival.
We are proud of our rooms and want to keep them nice for you and our future guests - you agree that additional charges may be applied to your credit card within 2 days of departure if loss or damage is sustained as a consequence of your visit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 72 Hours before arrival check-in time(2pm)
-Please note that we can no longer accept late cancellations or changes if a balloon flight is cancelled due to weather or other reasons.
No refunds will be given for cancellations or modifications within 3 days of arrival and full stay will be charged.
No changes to bookings can be made within 72hrs of arrival.
