TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 10.30am
Check in: All guests must show a valid Photo ID and credit card at the time of check in. Guest paying in cash will be required to pay a $200 bond and provide a valid credit card and photo identification.
Smoking: Fairways is a non-smoking establishment. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in a $200 fine and cleaning fee being charged.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at Fairways Resort.
Room Occupancy: There is a maximum occupancy of 2 adults with the exception of our twin suites and family suites that allow a maximum occupancy of 3 adults (Twin suite) and 4 adults (Family Suite). Any extra guests in the room will incur an additional charge.
Quiet Convenience: Rooms are rented for your quite convenience and enjoyment. Guests and their invitees are expected to respect the property and other guests staying at the Resort. Excessive noise, functions and parties are not permitted in the rooms as these events are likely to cause a disruption to other guests and or result in property damage. Any disruption resulting in numerous guest complaints, staff member call out or police call out and reporting will result in an immediate termination of your room rental.

Lost Key(s): Will attract a minimum $100 replacement fee in addition to a call out cost (minimum $100.00), subject to the discretion of management.

Car Parking: There is one car parking space allocated per room, please speak with reception staff prior to arrival if you require additional parking spaces (there is no guarantee that you will be able to park additional vehicles onsite).

Payment Policy

A non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance of your accommodation is due upon check in to the resort* Changes to your booking made after check in are non refundable.
*Group bookings must pay the balance of their account a minimum of 7 days prior to their arrival.

All Payments made with American Express and Diners Club cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Payments can be made via cheque made payable to Fairways Resort, credit card payments or direct deposit transfer to;

Please note payments made via cheque or direct deposit need to be cleared before your arrival - please allow up to 5 working days for this.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled after confirmation of your booking and within 14 days of arrival will forfeit your deposit paid.
Bookings cancelled within 13 and 7 days days of arrival will incur a charge of $500 or your total accommodation cost, whichever is less.
Bookings cancelled within 6 days and 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of the total accommodation cost or $1000 whichever is less.
Date changes will incur a re-booking fee of $25 per room.
No Shows: Will forfeit the full value of the reservation
Special cancellation polices are in place for bookings cancelled due to a government mandated lockdown.
