TERMS & CONDITIONS
50% deposit require to secure a booking
Full payment is required prior to arrival or if arranged at time of arrival.

Please note we do not have a 24 hour reception
We require minimum 2 days notice if you would like a free transfer from our designated pickup points in Niseko

RATES
All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any increases.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am. We will try wherever possible to accommodate early arrival and/or late departure.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
We can arrange storage of luggage for guests, we take no responsibility for luggage . Maximum 2 days

CHILDREN POLICY
We are unable to accommodate children under 16 years of age.

CAR PARKING
Limited off-street parking for guests is available free of charge.

BEHAVIOUR AND NOISE POLICY
Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 11pm.
We reserve the right to request guests or non-guests who are making excessive noise, are abusive, aggressive or disorderly to leave immediately. This behaviour will not be tolerated under any situation. No refunds will be applicable. A security company or police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any charges incurred by the security company or police will be charged to the guests credit card provided as security for their booking.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder.

SMOKING
All rooms are non-smoking, ashtrays are provided for use outside of the building only. All shared spaces are non-smoking, smoking is only permitted outside. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.

PETS
Pets are not permitted in the rooms or grounds of the property.

EARLY DEPARTURE
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the guests credit card provided.

TRADING TERMS
Freeride Lodge reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met.

FORCE MAJEURE
Freeride Lodge will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Freeride Lodge

PRIVACY POLICY
We may use your personal information for some or all of the following purposes:
o To provide marketing information to you about our products and services
o To monitor the standard and quality of service we provide to your or other guests.
If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, you may unsubscribe.
If you choose to send email messages to us that contain confidential, private or personal information, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Freeride Lodge does not warrant the accuracy, currency or completeness of the contents, including, without limitation, any information relating to prices or availability. Freeride Lodge will from time to time revise the contents and/or the products, services and resources described on this site, and reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors or users of this site.

A 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We will email you a friendly reminder to please pay the balance and notify us of your payment once processed we only accept PayPal payments.

If your booking has a short lead time less than 60 days to arrival, we will send you an email requesting payment prior to arrival for payment.

Paying via credit cards attracts a 1.9% charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please email admin@freerideniseko.com for all cancellations

If 60 days or more prior to arrival date 100% of deposit will be refunded less any transaction/ bank fees incurred in the refund process.

If it is less than 60 days before check-in date, the full balance will be charged. (That is, there will be no refund).

If borders closures and restrictions are reinstated due to covid 100% of deposit will be refunded less any transaction/ bank fees incurred in the refund process .
