Terms & Conditions

I authorise the use of the provided credit card for the charging of:

- Replacement of lost key cards, remote controls
- Cleaning charges for rooms left in an extremely unclean state as determined by the Hotel General Manager
- Damages to the property or common property
- Any charges added to your room for food and beverage from the bar and restaurant on site

Terms, conditions and privacy policy

The room type and rate selected are non refundable within 4 days of check in.
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out pre organised and paid for.
The Grand Oaks Resort requires that you are at least 18 years of age to check-in
Base rate is for 2 guests
Maximum number of adults per room is 2

Standard check-in time is 2pm, checkout is 10am
For arrival prior to 2pm, a room must be reserved and paid for the previous night
Late checkout is subject to availability, charges apply
Late checkout is charged at 50% of the room rate and only available until 1pm.
Late checkout if after 1pm is charged at 100% of the room rate
100% deposit is required four days prior your check in day to confirm
Third party services will not be allowed entry to the property
In the event of a Government mandated Covid-related travel restriction, prohibiting travel from staying at The Grand Oaks Resort, all payments made will be transferred to a Credit Note valid for 3 years

Payment Policy

Full payment of outstanding balance payable on check-in, Major Credit Cards or Cash accepted.

A surcharge of 1.60% applies to all Mastercard, VISA and Debit card payments.

A surcharge of 2.95% applies for AMEX payments.

These surcharges are equivalent to the charges incurred for the processing of these transactions.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 4 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel or alter the booking in the 4 days before arrival.
