Vaccination evidence includes:
an online immunisation history statement
a COVID-19 digital certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register
a medical exemption, which includes either:
a medical contraindication certificate or
a medical clearance form.
WELCOME to the Globe Hotel, Rylstone. By signing the registration form you, our guest, agree to pay the accommodation charges and any additional charges incurred by yourself, or a person you have guaranteed, for the period of your stay. Please be advised that accommodation charges are to be settled upon check-in. Additionally, you agree that any charges which may not have been added to your account at the time of your departure from the hotel, for which you are liable, may be charged to the credit card, or any other form of payment method, you have supplied.
All charges incurred during your stay are to be settled within the outlet at the time of purchase.
LATE CHECKOUT charges apply
EXTRA PERSON/S: Notification of extra persons staying in your room/s MUST be given to the Hotel
VALUABLES: You agree that any money or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the hotel, building, grounds or carpark remain your responsibility. (Innkeepers act 1968)
SMOKING: This is a "NON SMOKING HOTEL" – Smoking outside of the designated areas will result in a $500 Penalty
EXCESS CLEANING/MAINTENANCE: If rooms are found to be in need of cleaning and repairs, as a result of your occupancy, that are beyond reasonable expectations you may be charged an appropriate excess cleaning/maintenance fee.
LONG STAY GUESTS: All long term stays at the Globe Hotel will require settlement every 3 days.
Payment Policy
Deposit payable at time of booking is 50% which will be deducted from the credit card details provided. With the balance of amounts due to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For deposits paid a full refund is available if the booking is cancelled not within 7 days of arrival. For holiday periods this period is 14 days prior to arrival date.
