Gracefield Estate accommodates guests through our fully self contained 2 bedroom idyllic Gracefield Cottage (sleeping up to 5) and the fully secluded luxurious comfort of the 3 bedroom Gracefield House. Nestled into 100 acres of natural paradise, the views from the accommodations are stunning, looking out over the rolling green pastures and stunning bushland. All amenities and comforts of home are provided, along with beautiful wood fireplaces to enjoy at the end of a day living life outside. A breakfast basket with in season farm provisions is supplied for you to have at your leisure upon your first day as well as the best of Gippsland tastes.
You can soak up the peaceful surroundings of a working farm complete with deer and cows or take a walk around the property, which borders the Neerim State Forest, where the natural bush is abundant with wildlife. Sit on the verandas and sip a coffee or wine while watching the native birds, such as king parrots, rosellas and galahs. Explore the Mt Baw Baw and Gippsland regions which are full of culinary and recreational delights. The options are endless but whatever your choice you will enjoy your relaxed stay at Gracefield Estate.

Minimum stays of 2 nights.
Damage to contents or extra cleaning: (ie. carpets, etc.) will incur extra charges. This will be discussed with you, and if necessary, will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation : We hold a $100 deposit for your booking. This deposit amount will be taken off the total stay.
We know you will enjoy your stay at Gracefield, but if something unforeseen happens prior to your arrival (oh no!) we do return deposits provided it is cancelled 14 days in advance.
Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be liable for the full booking amount. (We do this so that other fine guests such as yourself don’t miss out!)
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.
