Guests are financially liable for any damage breakages or losses to the property furniture or fittings must be reported to the Manager immediately.
This will authorise management to debit your card to recover the cost of re-mediation of any of the above.
Your Credit Card will be debited without prior notice.
Liability -In no event shall ‘The Graces’ including their partners, employees or contractors be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, Act of God, accident, delay or any special exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damage of any kind in relation to your visit to The Graces.

$100 per night per room, will charged at time of reservation
The total accommodation charge less any deposits paid is payable by the lead person in the party or the first guests checking in.
An imprint/copy will be taken at the time to cover incidental charges during your stay.
Group bookings
To confirm the booking a deposit of $100.00 per night / per room is required with full payment 7 days prior to arrival.
Event Weekends
Easter Long Weekend, Opera in the Alps, Public Holiday Long Weekends etc, 2 or 3 night min and Full Payment required 7 days prior to the Check-In date.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your room reservation you must contact us at least 48 hrs. prior to your scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund.
In the event you fail to provide 48hrs notice, but contact us prior to your scheduled check in time you will be charged the first night of your stay. If you reserved a longer period than one night you will receive a pro-rata refund of the remaining balance of your payment
If your scheduled check in time has already occurred and you are cancelling, you will be charged for each night that has already elapsed plus one additional night (if applicable) and receive a prorated refund for any additional time for which you have p[aid. If you are contacting us on the last day of your reserved booking you will not be charged for the additional night however no refund will be issued.
If you have already checked in but are checking out ahead of schedule, you will be charged for each night that has already elapsed plus one additional night and receive a prorated refund for any additional time for which you have paid. If you are checking out only one day early then no refund will be issued.
If you do not contact us to cancel your reservation we will assume you still want the room, but are late checking in and will continue to hold it until the end of your scheduled reservation, therefore no refund will be issued.
Any Deposits or Gift Certificates will be forfeited for non arrival.
