Built within the heart of Malate, G Residences aims to provide comfort, convenience and security. G Residences has 374 standard and fully furnished condormitel. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 4 pax. G Residences is located right at the corner of Julio Nakpil St. cor Taft Ave Malate, Manila. It has a 7-11 Convenience Store and China Bank at the ground floor. Ample parking is provided for both residents, tenants and visitors on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.

G Residences boasts of redundant security systems to ensure the safety of every tenant. Apart from the standard CCTV system, it also has a central ID control assigned for every guest. The same ID provides proximity access to the elevator as well as parking and select floors of the building.

Furthermore, G Residences is being managed by a premier property management company, FPD Asia, in collaboration with FPD Global for commercial and residential leasing.

Terms & Conditions

1.Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso, all room rates are inclusive of VAT

2. Full payment should be settled by check-in through the following:
(a) via Cash or Credit Card at Front Desk
(b) via Online Payment Link to be sent by Reservation team
(c) via Bank Deposit at least 3 banking days prior to check-in.

3. Valid ID with photo or passport must be presented at Front Desk upon check-in.

4. Standard check-out time is 12 NN; Check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply.

5. Room rate(s) is/are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s).

6. Guests who opt to pay at the point of check-in have to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival is beyond 6 PM. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to release unpaid rooms at 6 PM.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if canceled 3 days before arrival.

8. No Show: Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the Hotel will be charged the total amount of room reservation.

9. During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our reservations team will request for prepayment via Online Payment Link, Credit Card Authorization, or Bank Deposit at least 7 days prior to check-in in order to guarantee the reservation. G square Residence reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit prepayment, credit card authorization form, or bank deposit slip prior to the deadline.

10. Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government-issued photo ID of the card owner upon check-in. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used, and a valid government-issued photo ID of the card owner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with these requirements or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.

11. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of 1,000.00 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

12. NO SMOKING. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the rooms or any enclosed areas inside the establishment. Smoking is allowed in open areas of the hotel.

A third party wanting to pay for entire or part of charges for a booking must fill out our credit card application form as authority to charge the card which require the card holder’s signature and copy of the credit card and driver’s license. Payments will be processed at check in, alternatively the guests checking in will be liable for all charges.

Payment Options

Direct Debit:
Funds must clear in our bank account 24 hours prior to the guest arrival. Overall it takes a minimum of 3 business days to clear all processes. You must inform the Hotel when transferring funds into our account once the transfer is done, booking confirmation number is to be placed in the reference field (during banking) as the transfer details.

Proof of transfer/receipt or remittance advice is requested for issued invoices at receptionist@gresidences.com.ph .

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing G Square Residences! When you book with us, we ensure that the rooms you booked for your indicated dates of stay are reserved and available for you. As such, we hope you understand that cancellations/amendments affect the establishment just as much as it does guests.

Your booking with our hotel signifies your full knowledge and acceptance of the terms of cancellation or re-booking as stated. Should a cancellation/re-booking take place, the guest is committed to paying the resulting and appropriate cancellation charges.

The hotel does not give a full refund for any booking confirmed with a deposit. It is assumed that the guest has exercised due diligence in ensuring that all matters that may affect his/her trip has been attended to and the hotel has no responsibility for matters that are beyond its control.

For a clear understanding of our cancellation and rebooking policies, please read the terms and guidelines stated below:

1. Cancellations made no later than 4 months before your actual date of stay may still be canceled but the refund will be subject to an online booking charge. Balance after booking charge is deducted is what will be refunded to the guest.

2. Cancellations and amendments must be emailed to the official email address of G Square Residences: receptionist@gresidences.com.ph  and must be acknowledged in writing by the hotel representative. The date emailed notification is received in the hotel's inbox shall be the date of reference for the cancellation.

3. Cancellations caused by force majeure events such as typhoons and grounding of flights due to severe weather conditions will be given the option of re-booking without charge for the same hotel within the same calendar year as the booking. Guest is requested to write a letter to management indicating reason for cancellation/re-booking with proof (Ex: Carrier's letter of notification canceling flights) and indicating new dates of stay. The re-booking will be scheduled on mutually available dates for both guest and hotel.

4. Other cancellations and amendment/re-booking requests due to events/reasons on the guest's side are subject to the standard charges as listed below:
0-6 days before arrival date - 100% of total booking amount charge
7-14 days before arrival date - 50% of total booking amount charge*
15 days and above before arrival date - 1st night will be charged plus an online booking charge for the remaining nights.

Balance after these charges are deducted is what will be refunded to the guest through its head office in Manila.
