Burns Hangar House
The Hangar House is a luxury guesthouse located in the picturesque surrounds of Mudgee. An architectural beauty offering that something different, walk through the stylishly designed house into an incredible hangar with chandeliers and aeroplanes and room for the fly in aviators to park planes under cover if available. We offer a free help yourself continental breakfast. We absolutely do not cater for babies, children or pets for their safety and for the comfort of other guests. The accommodation is strictly for guest's use only, no other third party is allowed to visit the premises without prior consent from the owners, this is our home and we live here. We do not allow onsite parties or gatherings with the exception of guests staying at the premises.

Checkin is between 2:00pm and 8:00pm. Please advise before arriving your approx check in time

Guests must not create noise which is offensive especially between 10pm – 8am and during arrival & departure or at any time throughout the occupancy.
Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the property, eviction; loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses may be deducted from any Bond/security deposit.
NO food or drinks are to be taken in the bedrooms, balconies are excluded.
Guests must abide by any noise abatement conditions, standards and orders issued by Police or other regulatory authority to minimise impacts upon the property, neighbouring guests and local community.
All damage is payable at the time of identification and remains the responsibility of the guest.
This property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited. Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted on this property must not in any way conflict with the residential amenity and must comply with all the Property Rules.
Guests must control and be responsible for any visitors that they bring onto the property. Visitors must be reported to the office.

Full payment is to be submitted at time of check in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be received at least 1 week prior to 6:00 pm on the expected day of arrival. Policies may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hangar House will charge for one night's accommodation.
