Introduction
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Haven Hotel. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

General
Your contract is with HavenHotels.ph and its franchisees, associates, related companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Haven Hotels") who operate as a Haven Hotels branded hotel ("Hotel")

The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Bookings & Cancellations Policy, Fee Schedule & Hotel Schedule and add-ons available on the Haven Hotel Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended and/or supplemented from time to time, these "Terms and Conditions") and the booking confirmation issued by Haven Hotel confirming your booking ("Booking Confirmation") shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and Haven Hotel and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the Hotel where you have booked your stay.

In these Terms and Conditions, the words "we" or "us" means Haven Hotel and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors, and use of the words "you" or "guest(s)/Guest(s)" means any and all persons for whom a Hotel room is booked.

Rates And Deposit
Room rates shown on the Haven Hotel Website are charged on a per room per night basis. The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. To get your guaranteed rates, please make a booking.

At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), add-ons). Haven Hotel will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details.

Room Policies
Please inform the Receptionist immediately of any defects or faults in the room or any possible dissatisfaction with the service.
Any complaint/s of individual shall be taken into account during the guest’s stay in the hotel. Complaints submitted or sent later will not be accepted.
The Management is not responsible for your valuables within the hotel premises.
Save Mother Earth, please help conserve water and electricity.
Children who are 10 years or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Fees may apply should a rollaway bed be required.

Age Restrictions
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

Children
Up to one (1) child under the age of 10 stay free in same room as parents or legal guardian.
Check-In And Check-Out

Check-In
Check-in time is any time after 2 PM.
If you arrive earlier the we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification.
Haven Hotel will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, adjoining rooms, roll-away beds, refrigerators, crib, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.

Check-Out
Check-out is at 12 NN.
If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You will be charged an extra PHP 350/hour past the prescribed check-out time.

Promotion Policy
If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the hotel, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions.

Guarantee Policy
All hotel room reservations have a 7-day cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done 7 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 7 days are non-refundable.

Restrictions
You may not bring the following into our Hotels:
- Pets (except for registered guide dogs) or livestock
- Pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding
- Any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes

Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towel etc.) are intended for your use during your stay at the Hotel. You are not allowed to take them out.

Haven Hotel reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any Hotel room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to the Hotel room, premises or property or to any Hotel guests or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy.

Haven Hotel further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the Hotel room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the Hotel room, the Hotel premises, the other Hotel guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of Haven Hotel, without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

No In-Room Party Policy
Haven Hotel enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

Pet Policy
All pets are prohibited on property. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.

Smoking Policy
Haven Hotel is committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all Hotel premises. Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premises including but not limited to Hotel rooms, except in any restricted smoking area(s) designated by Haven Hotel (if any).

Gambling Policy
Gambling is not allowed in the hotel. Register your visitors at the front desk.

Drinking Policy
Drinking alcoholic beverages inside the hotel/room is strictly not allowed.

Flammable Materials
It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into any hotel.

Damage
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. Haven Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Haven Hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Haven Hotel further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Right To Refuse Accommodation
Haven Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
- The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
- The booking has been altered by anyone other than Haven Hotel or Haven Hotel's authorised agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case Haven Hotel reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
- The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions

Privacy & Data Protection
Haven Hotel will retain all personal information you provide during booking. By making a booking with us or using the Haven Hotel Website, you consent to our use and/or disclosure of your personal details to our franchisees, branches, related corporations, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, proposed assignees, agents, commercial partners, service providers and/or any other parties engaged by us to enable or assist us in the provision of services or to exercise or enforce our rights hereunder and/or any other party as Haven Hotel may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary for the following purposes:
- To process your booking and for other administrative purposes
- To provide you customer support and services
- To send you information on products and services, and special or promotional offers, newsletters or customer survey forms and questionnaires. You may unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” on the relevant email communications.
We may also be legally obliged to disclose, and you irrevocably consent to our disclosing, your personal information to government and enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies and public authorities or as may be required by law. This may involve sending your personal information between different countries.

We will use our best endeavours to use your personal information in the manner stated herein and will not otherwise disclose your personal information without your prior written consent.

Governing Laws
Your contract with Haven Hotel is governed by the laws of the country where the Hotel you booked your stay with is located and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of that country.

All other matters concerning or relating to the Haven Hotel Website shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and the Philippine courts shall have jurisdiction therein.

Changes To These Terms & Conditions
Haven Hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the Haven Hotel Website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions as made available on the Haven Hotel Website. Please check the Haven Hotel Website regularly for updates to these Terms and Conditions.

Conflict Between English Text And Other Language Texts
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof into any other language, the English text shall prevail.

Payment Policy

For Credit Card Payments

The system will only collect your credit card information and hotel staff will manually make the charge to your card.

For Bank Deposit

You have three (3) days to make the deposit. Bookings that are not paid for within the specified time will be cancelled.

Cash Payment
If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront.

Credit Card Confirmation
Credit card bookings made within 7 days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the credit card used for payment of the booking during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.

Administration fees may apply to credit card payment. Charges in your credit card bill will be from Rezervate Ventures, Inc.

Payment for 50% of your stay is required upon booking to guarantee any reservation. We accept payment by credit card or at least 50% by bank deposit, with the balance to be paid upon check in. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on our Haven Hotel Website.
Rates shown are all-in, inclusive of all charges, with no hidden charges.
In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via the Haven Hotel Website.
