Terms & Conditions

1. IMPORTANT.
1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1.2 All Payment transactions (including refunds) are processed in AUD. We do not accept payment in foreign currency.
1.3 You may be asked to present photographic identification upon check in. If you are unable to provide such identification your booking may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
1.4 All persons under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during their stay. Minors are not permitted to remain inside the room unsupervised. Minors are not permitted in the Bar, TAB or Gaming areas of the Hotel under any circumstances.
1.5 All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
1.6 Pets or Livestock are not permitted. Assistance dogs are permitted.
1.7 No rooms are wheelchair accessible.
1.8 Alcohol is permitted. However, any person found to be intoxicated, disorderly, quarrelsome or providing alcohol to persons under the age of 18 will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.
1.9 Illegal Drugs are strictly prohibited. Any person found in possession or under the influence of Illegal drugs will be asked to vacate the premises as per section 1 point 8 above.
1.10 Any person displaying behaviour which disrupts the good order of the hotel or its neighbours will be asked to vacate the premises.
1.11 These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

2. Cancellations & Refunds.
2.1 A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the nominated check-in time of 2pm.
2.2 A full refund will be offered for any cancellations where payments have been processed prior to 24 hours of the nominated check-in time of 2pm. A cancellation fee will apply as normal thereafter.
2.3 Refunds will be processed via EFTPOS only within 5- 7 working days.

3. Payment
3.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. An additional 2.5% surcharge applies for American Express cards.
3.2 We do not accept cheques or foreign currency.
3.3 Payment is to be made prior to or on the date of check-in.
3.4 Your booking may be cancelled if we are unable to process payment prior to or on the date of check-in. A cancellation fee will apply as normal if this occurs.

4. Damage to Property
4.1 A guest may be held liable for loss of or damage to motel property.
4.2 In some circumstances, charges may apply for additional cleaning and house keeping services if required.

5.UNDER the Innkeepers Act 1968, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be
liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it was
not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in the innkeeper’s employ.
This liability however:
(a) extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping
accommodation at the inn,
(b) is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property
which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody,
(c) does not cover motor-vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or any property
left in them, or horses or other live animals.
This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to these
premises or that liability thereunder attaches in any particular case.

Payment Policy

All payment transactions, including refunds are processed in AUD only.
Payment is to be made prior to or on the date of check in.
in- house via EFTPOS, cash and selected credit cards only.
We do not accept foreign currency.
We accept all major card types including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
A 2.5% surcharge applies for American Express card holders.
