The apartments are fully furnished on a hillside location, offering panoramic views over the city and the Tamar River; a prominent wine growing region of Tasmania.

Originally the Mayor of Launceston's residence, the house has been converted into six stylish self-contained apartments, suitable for overnight and long-term stays.

Located at the front of 97 Arthur Street, the apartment is accessed by an exterior staircase to the first floor.
The Front door is on the balcony with a 180 dgree view of Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Look out your front door and you will see the weather conditions for the day! Combined Sitting ,Dining and Kitchen. Everything one needs for a short stay( no dish washer yet!)
Two bedrooms ,one Queen and one Single. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Seperate laundry facilities ,washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
A lovely character apartment blending the old with contemporary facilies.
