High Mountains Motor Inn is in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Clean, comfortable beds at the an affordable price. Rooms have good beds. Inclusions are heater, mini fridge, toaster, tea and coffe making facilities Microwave, ensuite, mirrors, lamps, tables and chairs, internet hotspots in each room, plus iron and board.
We are close to all the major Blue Mountains attractions yet out of the crowds in the peaceful village of Blackheath. High Mountains is only 500 meters from the cafes and award winning restaurants. Antique, gift and craft shops. Experience the true Blue Mountains on some of the great walks like the "Grand Canyon" walk or hike to The Blue Gum Forest.
Many lookouts are nearby,Govetts leap lookout,Evans lookout,Hargraves lookout,Pulpit lookout and more.There are great views of the Megalong Valley and the Grose Valley on either side of the town. Welcome you to the High Mountains Motor Inn
1. Check in time after 2:00 pm and Check out time by 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability and fee applies.2.The first night rate is non-refundable once guest has checked in. 3. By providing valid credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize High Mountains Motor Inn to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation,no show penalties, extra cleaning or any damage to motel property.4. All Rooms are Non-Smoking, a fee of $200.00 will be charged against your credit card if you smoke in the room 5. All pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms,with the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs,a non-refundable PER PET of $75.00 will be charged. A fine of $200.00 applies to Guests who are discovered with unreported pets, Guest will be also asked to leave without a refund. 6. Zero Tolerance Party Policy.

Payment Policy

Accommodation payment will be debited by High Mountains Motor Inn any time within 48 hours of your arriving time from the credit card that provided to guarantee your reservation. Please make sure to have sufficient fund on your credit card that to cover your total payment. If leaving early, you can leave the right money for minibar and key in room. There is a 3% surcharge if paid by Amex cards. All group bookings: please refer to our group booking terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

All agent bookings: Please refer to your travel agents terms and conditions.
Direct booking policy: cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time 2 pm or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night, regardless of Covid 19. Failure to arrive at motel will be treated as a No-Show will incur the total price of the reservation.
Group Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: The Group Booking Policy applies to groups of 5 or more people. For groups under 5 people, please refer to the Short Term Booking Terms & Conditions. 2. 20% prepayment (no-refundable) of total booking amount to be paid to secure all those rooms. one week prior to the date of arrival, High Mountains Motor Inn requires 100% is paid.3.There will be no refunds for changes or cancellations made within 1 week of date of arrival. If the group booking is cancelled during this time, the full payment will be forfeited.
