Hiraya Surf Hostel HOUSE RULES

We sure do hope you enjoy your stay! To keep everybody happy, let’s stick to the following:
1. No minors and elderly people allowed

2. Please stay on your assigned bed

3. Please be respectful with your fellow guests 

4. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the bunk house. There are designated smoking areas 

5. Storage and consumption of food, alcohol, or other beverages is NOT PERMITTED inside the bunk house. 

6. Outsiders & visitors are not allowed to enter the bunk house

7. There is no curfew; but do be kind to other guests when returning late by keeping the noise level down and minimizing the use of lighting.

Payment Policy

For reservation guests must pay at least 50% of the total cost or pay the whole amount. Make sure to send us the pic of the payment made.

Cancellation Policy

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.

- 10% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 14 to 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

- 30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 7 to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

- 50% will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

- 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes on your scheduled arrival date or no show.
