CONDITIONS:
Aloha Apartments is a self-contained property.
Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001/QLD and the Innkeepers Liability Act 1902/NSW, a copy of which is displayed at Reception. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally responsible and liable in the event the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges. This includes damage to, and losses in, the property described in "Apartment No" above. Also should a set of keys be lost a fee of $300 will apply, any charges from the Qld Fire & Rescue Authority for unnecessary fire alarms and if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition extra charges will apply.

 I authorise the use of the credit card, to cover such charges.
 I authorise maintenance/housekeeping staff access to my unit if necessary.

Aloha / Gold Coast Holidays Apartments Booking Policy

Prepayment: After making the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged on the Card provided and the remaining balance within 7 days of Check-in Date.
Aloha has a basement parking for only $30/N, reservation is required and it is subject to availability.

All Payments made by Debit or Credit Card will incur a 2% surcharge.

Upon Check-in you must present a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or driver's license).

This credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

A damage/security deposit of AUD $300 is required on arrival and will be released after check-out. Please be aware that some banks might take up to 10 days after check-out to release back the amount if the apartment is left in a good condition and keys have been returned.

Please note, that while we endeavour to meet your requests, they are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee a specific room or floor, only a room type.

Payment Policy

All Payments made by Visa or Mastercard will incur a 2% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are:

You will forfeit 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.

Please be aware that reservations for stays during Christmas and New Year's period are non refundable (between 20 of December and 06 of January).

We strongly recommend that guests consider and acquire travel insurance with cover that include the financial losses experienced due to travel changes, cancellation or interruption, in case of changes of circumstances.
