Whilst not run like a motel with daily servicing it does offer much more room with kitchen and laundry facilities. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with Foxtel and free WiFi. The Greenslopes Mall with Coles supermarket and many speciality shops is about a 2 minute walk away from the apartment.

Terms & Conditions
The cost of the 1st nights accommodation shall be taken from the nominated credit card at 6 pm the night before check-in.(Check our cancellation policy).The balance of your stay will be taken upon check-in the next day.
If you choose to extend your stay (and the room is available) ,you will receive a discounted rate and the amount applicable to the extended stay will be charged also.
If you decide to leave earlier than expected and you inform us again before 6 pm the night before, you will receive a full refund minus the extra services provided.
No pets allowed as set out by government regulations though seeing eye dogs are welcome.However our building is set on 2 levels and please understand navigating the stairs with a disability would be difficult.
If you are arriving late after 6 pm ,please contact us that you wish to do so and we will arrange a late check-in before 9 pm.(Special circumstances can be arranged too, but only if we are contacted 1st).
On result of No show and if no cancellation advice before 6 pm the night before ,the 1st nights room rate will be charged.
If you have to cancel please use the original email we sent you with your booking details to advise us you have to cancel.
Check-in can be done as early as 11 am but please understand if not possible on a certain day we will try and get you into your room as soon as we possibly can.Again please leave a comment you would be arriving early.
