Conveniently located directly opposite Concord West Station, you are just a hop, skip and jump from both Sydney Olympic Park and Concord Hospital. Your stay with us is the perfect combination of convenience and comfort.
Our rooms offer great value for money and are furnished with all the essentials for a great stay including comfortable beds, HD flat screen TVs, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available from everywhere in our hotel including your room to ensure you stay connected for work or to check in with your loved ones while you’re away.
Our Queen Studio is the only guest room that has a Private ensuite. All other rooms have bathrooms that are external to the room and are shared amongst our accommodation guests.

Terms & Conditions
* Check in time is from 2pm to 9pm daily. Guests wishing to check in after hours must contact the hotel prior to check in date to arrange.
* Check out time is strictly by 10am. Failure to check out by 10am may result in another night’s stay being charged.
* Guests must provide a driver’s licence/passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in.
* A valid credit card is required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damage.
* Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms – a fee of $250 will be added to the room charge to cover lost revenue and additional cleaning. In the event whereby smoking in a guest room sets off a false fire alarm a fee of $1,100 will apply.
* Room conditions: No excessive noise. No exceeding number of Guests allowed per room. Linen & Towels will be counted and damages or theft may result in charges to your credit card.
* Cleaning charge: In the event that there is excessive cleaning required a minimum cleaning charge of $100 will be levied to the room charge.
* Loss Of Keys -will incur a $50 fee.
Payment Policy
* Full payment is required on arrival at the hotel.
* A payment of a $100 Security Deposit is required when checking in. A credit card is required for this.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Booking cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date and time will not incur any fees or charges and will be eligible for a full refund. Booking cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the check in date and time will incur a charge, that being for the first night stay.
If you do not show up for your booking, you will be charged for the first night stay.
