1. Lock house when checking out, place key in lockbox.
2. Be mindful of the neighbours
3. Please smoke outside the property, including the deck and use ashtrays provided.
4. Please be mindful of wearing dirty shoes on the carpet, we cannot police this but we ask that you respect the space.
5. please make sure GAS is turned OFF after using the bbq.
