Inner City Apartments Perth Terms & Conditions
- Check in 2pm Early Check in is available but subject to availability on arrival.
- Please call reception if checking in after 6pm, to arrange your check in , or a late fee of $50 will apply.
- Check out 10am Late check out is available for a small fee and subject to availability.
- Identification A valid form of photo identification must be supplied in order to process your check in.
- Surcharge All payments made with debit or credit cards will incur a 2.2% surcharge.
- Bond of a minimum of $150 is required to be taken on a valid credit card belonging to the guest. $300 bond for Agency and Departmental bookings.
- We are a zero tolerance, any abusive or threatening behavior to staff or guests will result in instant eviction from the building and loss of bond.
- Parking is available on site for $10 per night.
- Any misplace or damage to key(s) will occur a $10 replacement fee per key.
- Persons The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking, failure to adhere to this will occur a $100 charge per extra person per
night
- Nominated extra guest / rollaway / sofa bed $35 a night
- Animals Pets are not permitted in the hotel property.
- Noise For the comfort of all guests we ask that noise is kept to a minimum. Quiet times are between 10pm- 9am. For excessive noise a warning will be issued, failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction without refund. No parties of any description will be tolerated and will result in loss of bond.
- Cancellations Full payment or corporate purchase order is required upon reservation and there is a strict no cancellation / refund policy. Changes can be made to a reservation, subject to availability and charges may occur.
- Non - Smoking, Drug and Nang free. All of our apartments are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING and ILLEGAL DRUGS are not tolerated in the apartments. If any guest is caught smoking or any evidence of smoking or illegal drug use is found in the apartment a minimum of $300 cleaning charge will apply per offence. Nang use is not permitted and any evidence of Nang use will forfeit your bond.
- Damages The guest whom signs this reservation form is responsible for the apartment and its contents and will be liable for any damages or loses that may occur by them or anyone staying with or visiting them.
- Cleaning Excessive cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable state. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented card supplied at check in.
- Window locks Our apartments are equipped with window locks on every window for the guests safety, at no time are these to be removed or adjusted. Inner City Apartments takes no responsibility to any damages or injury that may occur once window locks have been tampered with in any way.
- Lock out if you are locked out of your room and need to be let in this will incur a fee of $100 for a call out after hours which is between 5pm to 8am.
- Limit of liability We do our best to ensure your reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however Inner City Apartments does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses caused by any events beyond our control including but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
- Free WIFI is available, please check with reception for the password.

Cancellation Policy
