We respect your privacy. We do not share, rent, sell or otherwise use any personal information you have given us to any third party without your permission. Any information you have given us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways in which you have not consented. We use this information in order to customize and enhance the service offered to our customers only. Examples of such information are: name, address, email address and phone numbers.
Upon arrival, please collect your room keys from the front office reception.
Please note that we have a 24 concierge in attendance. Management are on the premises from 9am to 12am.
Please contact front desk during the hours of 12am to 9am, should you need assistance.
Quiet hours for the hotel is between 10pm-8am
Payment Policy
Payment for the room will be settled upon arrival. Incidentals and any charges incurred at bar or breakfast will be charged during check out.
Children below the age of 7 and sharing bed with parents is free of charge.
Extra person charge of Php 600.00 per night.
Only 1 extra person per room.
Late check out charge: 100 PHP per hour
Cash, Visa, and MasterCard accepted.
Cancellation Policy
As a small hotel, we believe that it is only fair to others that we make a charge if you cancel at the last minute and don't let us know in advance. It helps keep the prices down, too, for everyone!
Therefore, should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please note the following terms and conditions.
Should there be a request of rebooking, Isla Gecko Resort requires at least seven (7) days prior to the date of accommodation, for the processing of your request. Otherwise Isla Gecko Resort will not refund the deposited amount for reservation.
Should the guest/s request to leave the Isla Gecko Resort premises during their date of accommodation, a total of fifty percent (50%) from the total accommodation must be paid whether or not the guest/s stayed/used the reserved room.
If you fail to cancel and do not show up, you will be charged the Deposit unless informed at least seven (7) days prior to the date of accommodation. Any request to cancel a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation confirmation. Until you do so, your booking will still be considered valid and cancellation penalties may be incurred. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24-hours of your initial request, please ensure you contact us without delay.
If you make the booking via a third party site (i.e a booking agency or affiliate site), you must cancel through them.
