Payment Policy

Payment of the first night's booking fee is required to secure the booking and is non refundable. .
The balance of the booking fee will be charged on the night of your arrival or as advised.
Payments of the amount/s due must be received in Australian $ net of any bank or other transaction charges.
Please ensure that you have funds available to cover the payments within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.
We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or direct deposit into our bank account.

At check-in you will be required to provide a credit card and drivers licence as proof of identification.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION
If you wish to vary or cancel your booking, please contact us immediately on +61 (0)437 083 477.
The cost of your first night's stay is non-refundable. If you cancel in the 30 days before arrival you will be charged the total price of the booking.
GRACE PERIOD
If you cancel within 24 hours of booking no fees will be charged.

Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen payment method at time of Booking.
