For Direct or Website bookings: No prepayment will be charged. Payment for your stay will be made upon check-in at the hotel. Please note however that your credit card may be pre-authorized prior to your arrival or may be charged following the modification and cancellation policy of the hotel.
Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT, .61% City tax and 5% service charge.

For Online Travel Agencies or Travel Partners: pls. refer to your booking voucher payment details.

All requests are subject to availability, confirmation, and hotel policies and procedures.
For Corporate Accounts, the hotel shall require a valid company ID, or endorsement letter from the company allowing guest to use the corporate rate.

Check-in/ Check-out
Hotel standard check-in time is at 02:00PM, while check-out time is at 12:00NN. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated if communicated beforehand, and if occupancy permits. Early check-in or late check-out fee/s may apply.

Children Policy (Accommodation):
Up to two children twelve (12) years and below are free of charge in terms of sharing bed in the room.

Children Policy (Breakfast):
Children 0-12 years old and above, a full rate of Php250 nett per person will be charged.

Internet:
Complimentary WiFi in all public areas and guest rooms.

Shuttle Service:
If you are making a reservation and require a shuttle service less than 24-hours from the time of your arrival, please call property to confirm availability.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy
In accordance to Executive Order No. 26 (EO No. 26) or the Nationwide Smoking Ban, all areas of the hotel including all guest rooms are non-smoking.
Should the hotel management discover you are smoking or smoked in the guest room, you will be subject to a sanitation fee of Php3,000.00.

Henna Tattoo Stains
Henna tattoo ink causes permanent stain on linens and towels. Stained items will be charged accordingly to guest's account.

Property cancellation policy

For any cancellation or modification, pls. contact the property.

Modification:
You may modify your booking until two (2) days before the day of arrival, free of charge. If you choose to modify after, you will be charged the cost of the first night.

Cancellation:
You may cancel free of charge until two (2) days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel after two (2) days before arrival.

No-show:
No-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first night rate plus taxes and fees.
