Josephine's Luxury Accommodation

Josephine's Guest Suites is located in the heart of Margaret River town centre, only a 2 minute leisurely walk to cafes, restaurants & wine bars.
Every guest room provides a kitchenette for preparing tea and a complimentary wood-fired bread for toasting, along with our delicious homemade muesli. There is no cooking facilities or meal options in the hotel. The kitchenettes in the rooms are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, coffee pods, local teas and coffee and a mini-fridge with milk, juice, filtered water and butter restocked by housekeeping. All guest rooms have a private luxury bathroom with heated towel rails. Extras include fluffy bathrobes, a hairdryer & complimentary toiletries.
Josephine's provide free WiFi, Smart TV, Apple IPad computer for guest use, bedside phone charging points, reverse cycle heating & cooling & free onsite parking. The guesthouse provides a library and lounge for guest relaxation, socialising, playing chess, reading or simply enjoying the complimentary port wine, chocolates or fresh fruit.
The Guesthouse is ideally designed for couples & lovers of classic vintage style who appreciate the comforts of modern conveniences.

Guest arrivals are 2pm - 8.30pm.
We are flexible and happy to accept Late & earlier arrivals if pre-arranged with Hotel.
Guest Check-out is strictly by 10.30 am.
Guesthouse is STRICTLY Non-Smoking throughout.
Guest rooms accommodate max. 2 adults only
Pets are not allowed.
All property damage or loss caused by guests is the liability of the registered guest concerned.
Guesthouse property access is to registered guesthouse patrons only.
Unregistered guests are not permitted access without prior management approval.
Peace & quiet of the guesthouse to be maintained at all times - 'Quiet period' exists from 9.30pm - 8.30am.
Any guest causing undue disruption is required to depart the property and forfeit their booking without refund.

Payment Policy

We maintain a strict payment policy for all bookings. Please book with care.
All bookings require payment in full prior to the guests scheduled arrival in addition to any booking agency conditions of reservation.

We provide Mastercard & Visa card payment options only.

Cancellation Policy

Josephine's maintains a strict cancellation policy.

Bookings modified or cancelled inside of 7 days of the guests scheduled arrival are 100% 'NON REFUNDABLE'.
All refunds due to guests who cancel their bookings, will incur a minimum $28 administration fee, regardless of any free cancelation period.
