Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. The resort offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.

Please refrain from making loud noise as we have other guests who are prefer to enjoy the resort in a relaxing ambiance.
-Karaoke is prohibited

Effective January 2022, cooking using stoves within the premises will not be allowed

Please bring your vaccination cards along with a valid id. Guests who will not be able to present the following will not be allowed to enter the property.

Juness Beach Resort does permit smoking in some areas and is not 100% smoke-free.

Payment Policy

Prepayment: 50% prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is nonrefundable ..re-bookable. Subject to rate difference on new travel date.
Free rebooking 3 days before arrival (except force majeure) up to 3 months from original arrival date. Subject to rate difference on new travel date

Cancellation Policy

Re-booking and amendments can be made free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if cancelled 3 days before arrival. Payments made are non-refundable

No Show: Your 100% prepayment will be forfeited if you do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel.
