TO OUR VALUED GUESTS
1. The Jurias Garden Hotel is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose guests have to present their valid ID such as passport or any proof of identification to the reception/ front desk upon check in.
2. Everyone is required to wear face mask and observe social distancing. Make it a habit to wash/sanitize your hands.
3.Breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 9:00 AM in your room or at the function hall.
4. Room Cleaning is done upon request of the guest until 4:00PM daily.
5. El Nido is currently experiencing water shortage, washing of clothes is not allowed. Please ask the front desk officer for the nearest laundry shop.
6. Eating and drinking intoxicating liquors is not allowed inside the room.
7. Strictly no smoking inside the room.
8. Visitors are allowed only at the lobby until 10:00 PM and an amount of Php850.00 rated as extra person shall be collected to visitors who stayed at the guest room beyond time.
9.Please observe silence so you won't disturb guests in neighboring room.
10. Please close water faucet switch off lights and air -conditioning when not in use and before leaving the room.
11. Lock the door and windows as you leave the room and before going to bed.
12. Any hotel properties such as towels, utensils, etc. should not be brought outside the hotel premises.
13. Guests are required to always leave the room keys at the front desk whenever they leave premises for security reasons. Lost keys will be charged Php500.00. Any lost/damages of any hotel properties shall be charged accordingly.
14. The Jurias Garden Hotel management is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of your valuables such as money, cellphones, laptop, passports, documents, etc. unless entrusted/deposited under our care.
15. Please report immediately to front desk officer if you suddenly experience COVID-19 symptoms for assistance.
16. Taking shower of guest after check-out and Island tours should be properly coordinated with hotel Front Desk staffs and will be charged P200.00/person
17. The Hotel also designated a luggage counter for checked out guests.
18. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Php250.00 will be charged for every hour of extension. Kindly surrender room key at the front desk staff at least 15 minutes before check out to avoid delay, room checking will be done before check out.

Payment Policy

Payment should be in cash.
Payment thru LBC, Palawan Pawnshops, BDO, BPI & Metrobank
50% deposit is required upon confirmation to guarantee the reservation.
For last minute booking, we only accept cash payments.
Rate is inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
Only PESO (PHP) currency is accepted for international bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Jurias Garden Hotel should be informed of any cancellations or booking revisions by call or email as soon as possible.
Cancellations received 60 days prior to guests arrival will incur one (1) night charge.
Cancellation received seven (7) days prior to arrival date will incur full tour dates charge.
No show, no refund policy.
Shortened stay shall be subject to forfeiture of full payment.
Cancelled tour dates due to force majeure may be off set within one (1) year and subject to price adjustments.
