Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit paid upon confirming your booking is a non-refundable deposit if the booking is cancelled.
The credit card details provided upon making your booking will be used to process full payment on check in day, unless otherwise specified by the guest and alternate arrangements are made by Karratha Apartments. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge - Visa and MasterCard 1.5% American Express 2.0%
If your credit card cannot be processed for any reason including insufficient funds you’re booking will be cancelled.
No cash payments are accepted. Only credit card and Bank funds transfer.
Check in is after 2pm. If you require an early check in please contact our office and our staff will let you know if this can be arranged.
If reception is going to be unattended the day of your arrival you will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your check in details and provide you with the details for a locked box to access your apartment key.
Check out is by 10am. If you require a late check out please contact our office and our staff will let you know if this can be arranged. Late check out fee is $30.00.
Karratha Apartments reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to cancel a guest booking due to the guest being disruptive to others, causing damage or for what is deemed by us as disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. In such an event the guest will be responsible for full payment of the entire original booking plus any incidentals
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is unaccompanied Karratha apartments may immediately cancel the booking.
No pets are permitted.
There is no smoking in any apartments. If there is evidence of smoking in an apartment additional cleaning fees will be charged accordingly.
A key replacement fee of $50.00 will be charged if the room key issued at check in is not returned on departure.
Loss of or deliberate damage to the appliances, furniture , fittings and/or fixtures in the apartment other than normal wear and tear are the guests’ responsibility and they as such are liable.
Guests may not claim against Karratha Apartments for loss, theft or damage to personal effects brought in to the apartment.
Any personal items left in the room after check out will be disposed of by Karratha Apartments accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit paid upon confirming your booking is a non-refundable deposit if the booking is cancelled.
