Terms & Conditions

- Check-in time is from 2pm, Check-out time is before 10am.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.
- Above 2 guests per room/unit, incurs a $25/person/night fee.
- Karribank reserves the right to charge for extra damages or extra cleaning required after a guest’s stay.
- All rooms are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas located outside the reception area for your convenience.
- Karribank is not liable for any losses, damages, expenses to guest’s personal property.
- Any pets must be approved by management to be brought to Karribank. If approved ,pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and any chairs) and must be on a leash when outside to protect the local wildlife. Pet owners are liable for any damage caused and any waste must be placed in bags inside the outside bins.
- Karribank reserves the right to update Terms and conditions, Cancellation Policies and Payment Terms at any time ensuring that these are updated on the booking platform.

Payment Policy

- Full payment is required 1 week prior to arrival date.
- Payments are made using the credit card, payment gateway link, or via the booking platform.
- Guests whose credit cards are invalid or payments have not been able to be processed will need to ensure payment prior to check in to secure their booking. Bookings may be cancelled if contact has not been made by the guest to Karribank Management.
- Guests who require 1 nights accommodation are liable for a $20 surcharge and must book with the approval of management.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to arrival date shall incur a 50% charge of the booking unless a new booking of equal or more value is made.
- A $25 fee will be incurred with a change of booking within 7 days of original booking.
- Group Bookings, (ie Those with 5 or more rooms), booked are required to give 30 days notice to cancel to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
