IF YOU ARE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, AND ONLY NEED A NIGHT OR TWO, enter promotional code "SHORTSTAY" in the box on the top right corner of this page and click on the 'Apply' button. This will override the 3 night minimum stay.
CHILDREN: Our insurance carrier requires that children must be 12 or older, to stay at these studios.
Also note that The Keaau Place is located in a private subdivision known as HAWAIIAN PARADISE PARK . As such, there is no mail delivery to this address.

Check in time is anytime after 2 pm. Check out time is 10 am.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $35 for all stays in the Keaau Studios, regardless of the number of nights.
Children must be at least 12 years old to stay at The Keaau Place.
There is a $10/night surcharge for a 3rd person in the studio.
Please note: We will honor any request regarding a second bed (twin size sofa bed or futon) in the studio, however requesting a particular studio is not guaranteed.
Payment Policy
A credit card number (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or JCB) will hold the reservation.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
100% of payment will be accepted as a cancellation penalty if less than 60 days cancellation notice is given. There is a combined General Excise and Transient Accommodation tax (Hotel Tax) of 17.96%. There is also a 3% service charge which is also not included in the room rate.
Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty to cancel a reservation as long as 60 or more days notice (prior to your arrival) is given. After payment is taken (which is due 60 days prior to your arrival), we will refund any nights that we can resale, minus a 6% processing fee. Since each studio represents 1/2 of our income, we must strictly adhere to this policy. For this reason, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, which is an option that you have, which we do not have.
