ALTHOUGH WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION, WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNLESS YOU CANCEL (PLEASE SEE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY DETAILS)

PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT.
CASH, VISA OR MASTERCARD ACCEPTED WITH A 3% SURCHARGE.

PAYMENT IS CALCULATED IN US DOLLARS AND CONVERTED TO INDONESIAN RUPIAH AT THE DAILY BANK RATE ON THE DAY OF CHECKOUT.

We also accept Euro and AUD calculated against USD at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We HATE to charge cancellation fees! We understand that plans change and stuff happens. Our general policy is detailed below but please know that we will always try to work with our guests, especially in emergencies!

By making this booking, you agree to our cancellation policy and authorize Kembali Lagi Guest House to charge your credit card for a cancellation fee based on the terms below:

Guest House:

Stays of 30 days or more require a 50% non refundable deposit at booking (credit card guarantee ok)

Cancellation between 31 and 60 days of arrival will be charged the following:
Stays of 6 nights or less: No Charge
Stays of 7 or more nights: 50% of total booking charges.
Stays of 30 or more nights: 100% of booking charges

Cancellations between 6 and 30 days of arrival will be charged the following:
Stays of 6 nights or less: 50% of total booking charges
Stays of 7 nights or more: 100% of total booking charges

Cancellations within 5 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount.

Villas:
60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking charges
30 days prior to arrival: 100% of total booking charges.
Stays of 10 nights or more require a 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking (credit card guarantee ok).
