Terms & Conditions
The booking of accommodation establishes a contractual agreement between the Kensington Motel and the guests. The Kensington Motel commits to providing the specified accommodation and services, as mutually agreed upon. The guests are responsible for payment of the booked accommodation and utilized services, except in cases where a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Check-in is available between 2 PM and 8 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10 AM.
Please note-
1. Check in outside reception opening hours is not available.
2. The swimming pool closes permanently due to reconstruction since 2024.
3. A $20 fee applies for electric vehicle charging.
4. A $50 fee applies for any unreasonable mess or untidiness in the unit.
5. A $20 fee applies for late check-out for 0.5 hours.
6. Excessive noise will not be tolerated and the quiet time is 9 PM-8 AM.
7. Guests' visitors are required to leave by 8 PM.
8. Each unit comes with "one" parking space and speed limit is 5 KM/hr in the property.
9. It's a smoke-free motel; guests may smoke only in designated areas.
10. Any disrespectful guests will not be accommodated as it will affect other guests.
11. Kensington Motel reserves the right to make accommodation decisions accordingly.
Payment Policy
The rate will be collected at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
If you do not wish to pay by the card noted in the system, please feel free to wire through internet banking.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this 48-hour window of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.

As the Kensington Motel has a contract with you and holds your booking in good faith pending your arrival, if you fail to arrive for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.
