Public Transportation
To get to CBD, take Tram 34 on Cotham Rd and you may exit in the city. Alternatively, you may take the Bus 200 or 207 on Princess St towards City.
To get to St Vincent's Hospital, take Tram 34 on Cotham Rd and get off at Stop 12 - St Vincents Plaza/Victoria Pde.

Terms & Conditions

The nightly rates are for accommodation only and based on occupancy guidelines as per each property room type. The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Check-in is available from 2pm. Early arrivals are strictly subject to availability. For early check in fees and availability please contact our office.

Check-out is by 10am. Late check outs are strictly subject to availability. For late check out fees and availability please contact our office.

Our properties are located in residential areas and we strictly enforce a 'no party' or 'excessive noise' policy. Guests who breach this policy will be immediately evicted without refund if found to be damaging property or causing disturbance to other guests.

A strict 'no smoking' policy applies. No pets are allowed at any stage.

Cots must be booked prior to arrival

Payment Policy

One nights deposit payable upon booking.

Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival for peak periods/special events and 3 days prior to arrival for non-peak periods.

For bookings longer than 28 nights, 1 month pre-payment will be required 7 days prior to arrival. Following this, payment will be required on a monthly basis in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Peak Periods/Special Events - 14 days notice of changes and cancellations is required. In the event of a no show and/or the required notification is not provided during peak periods, the full cost of accommodation is payable.

Non-Peak periods - 3 days notice is required. In the event the required notification is not provided, a charge of one nights accommodation is payable.
