The cottages are fully self contained and conveniently located in the mountain village of North Tamborine. It is a short stroll to many fine restaurants, shops and beautiful walks.
Our delightful gardens ensure peace and privacy and a chance to view the abundant birdlife on Tamborine Mountain.

• Check in time is 2.00pm – 6.00 pm
* Please note - if guests request an early check in time (if available) or late departure (if available) a surcharge will apply - please enquire when requesting.
• Check out time is before 10:00am
* Complimentary wifi and Netflix
* Lost property will be kept for 2 months.
* If additional guests stay without prior arrangement then there will be a surcharge of $40 per person per night.
• It is suggested that guests obtain travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
• Guests are responsible to pay for damage, loss or theft from Kidd Street Cottages
* Smoking is permitted outside on the verandahs only
• It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that the property of Kidd Street Cottages is left in a clean, tidy and acceptable condition, with all dishes,
glasses, cutlery etc. put away in drawers and cupboards and rubbish deposited in the appropriate bins.
• Guests credit card details are stored by the computerised reservation system and the owners of Kidd Street Cottages reserve the right to debit any
amounts outstanding for extra cleaning required, or charges incurred as a result of damage, theft or loss.
• In the event that any property is damaged or in the event that property belonging to Kidd Street Cottages
is lost or taken during the course of the stay, management reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that
property to the guest, and in that regard, the guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charge facility used for
payment of the booking.
• The property is situated in a quiet area and as a courtesy to our neighbours, your booking is accepted on the express condition that there is no
disturbance after 10pm.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• It is the guests responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.
Payment Policy
To confirm a booking, a deposit of one night's tariff will be deducted from your credit card with balance due in the 7 days before arrival or on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
* If booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival then a refund of deposit will be given with a $20 administration fee deducted.
* There will be no refund of a deposit within 7 days of arrival date.
* If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival date then the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.
