Beautifully furnished by Robertson's Interiors, this luxuriously appointed Penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms is able to comfortably sleep 6 people. Standard Bedding in this penthouse is a KING in the master bedroom, a KING in the second bedroom, and TWO SINGLE BEDS in bedroom three. To suit your requirements, the TWO SINGLE BEDS in the third bedroom in this Penthouse can be made into a KING upon request, for $20. Please select this option upon checkout if required. Beds cannot be changed on arrival.
The Penthouse has an amazing 180° view along the stretch of beach from the Tweed Coast to the Byron Bay headland. The view's also extend inland to the magical views of Mt Warning. The rooftop terrace in this Penthouse has Spa Bath for Two, fill it yourself with fresh clean hot water while relaxing to the sounds of the waves. The private balcony has an comfortable outdoor lounge and dining area to ensure you and your friends are comfortable while making the best of the view.

Our absolute beach front Penthouses are located in a luxury private resort - Peppers Bale Kingscliff - on the sought after Tweed Coast in far northern NSW - just 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport and a 30 minute drive from Byron Bay. An easy getaway for our regular guests from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane!
Kingscliff Penthouse Suites specialise in memorable family holidays for our guests that intend to get away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the city life to relax and recharge. As such these Penthouses are strictly not suited for any Parties or Functions. Our two penthouses are located side by side (next door to one another) so they are perfect to reserve as a large family group - 5 King beds and 5 Bathrooms - Plenty of room for everyone!
**Weddings, Bridal Wedding preparations (inc. night before the wedding), Wedding Party Accommodation, Wedding Receptions, Hens & Stag Nights, Parties, Functions and "Schoolies" are strictly not permitted. No Pets. Number of guests staying in Penthouse must not exceed those agreed with owner on guest reservation. Disturbance to our neighbours, in our adjoining Penthouses, including excessive noise, is prohibited.**
Please do not proceed with booking this Penthouse if your booking is for any of the above, as it will result in termination of your holiday rental. *Availability of dates to be confirmed by property agent.
Check out at 10.00am. Check in at 2.00pm. Linen, Bath towels and Beach towels are included in your nightly tariff quote. We ask that you leave our Penthouse in a tidy condition when you depart. All food and rubbish to be removed upon departure and any dishes or pots used during your stay are to be washed and put away. BBQ to be cleaned after use.
There is no daily servicing during your stay, however all Penthouses have clothes washing and drying facilities. If requested, mid stay service clean including Linen and towels or cleaning services can be organised at an additional cost, please select this option upon checkout if required.
Payment Policy
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Following your initial online reservation check out, a payment equal to 50% of the total booking will be charged to your nominated credit card to secure your reservation.
If initial Reservation is made online less than 28 days before check in date, your full payment of total tariff is due at the time of booking.
You will be emailed a formal confirmation of booking as soon as your credit card payment has been processed.
All credit card deposit payments are personally processed manually by the Property Manager and are handled in a secure encrypted database.
If you wish to pay your initial holding deposit with direct bank deposit, rather than using our online booking system, the default bank deposit required is 50% of your tariff.
To request payment with bank deposit, please complete this form and advise in the notes of your request that you wish to pay with bank deposit.

Once your request is received, we will then forward you a formal quote along with our bank details and our contact information to enable you complete a manual checkout for your reservation.
FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT
Final balance of tariff is due 30 days before your stay. When final payment is received we forward all check-in information. We do prefer the final balance payment to be made with BANK DEPOSIT: However if required, we are able to process your payment by VISA or MASTERCARD : Please note that that a Transaction Fee of 1.5% will be charged on both Visa and MasterCard Payments.

Cancellation Policy
1. *Deposit paid*
Booking Deposit is non-refundable but upon application is transferable to another date within the same Penthouse. Notification of intent to transfer dates must be submitted in writing more than 30 days before original check in date - $100 transfer fee applies.
Credit is to be used within 12 months of the cancellation date.
Deposit paid may only be transferred once. School Holidays, Peak Christmas, New Year and Easter booking deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. *Final Balance Payment*
Balance (due 28 days before arrival) becomes strictly non-refundable and
non-transferable. The only exception is if the booking can be replaced -
$100 cancellation fee applies, however this does not apply for Christmas,
New Year or Easter bookings. Travel insurance is recommended.
