King's Garden Resort is a 30 year old family-owned resort which prides itself on the comfort and home away from home experience it has to offer.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is from 14:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
Should you arrive to the resort early, kindly refer to our Reception office and they will be happy to hold luggage for you until check-in.
Late check-out is subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Reception at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Late check-out will be assessed a 50% room charge for checking-out between 12.00pm to 18.00pm and a full-day room charge after 18.00pm.
SMOKE-FREE ACCOMMODATION POLICY
All bungalows are strictly non-smoking accommodations. However, smoking is permitted on bungalow balconies and outdoors in public areas.
A significant room recovery fee will be charged for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
100% payment of room and tax shall be made with the provided credit card upon completion of booking unless otherwise stated.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, and JCB credit cards. Debit Cards and American Express credit cards are not accepted.
All price quotes and payments are made in Thai Baht (THB).

Specific cancellation terms and conditions apply to the Rates, Packages, and Special Offers chosen and agreed upon by Guest when reservation was made.
In the event of credit card refunds, only the room rate amount in Thai Baht stated upon reservation shall be refunded. The Resort will not be held responsible for any currency exchange differences or third-party credit card service fees that may be deducted from this amount when making a refund.
In the event of a no-show, reservations will incur full stay charge, which will be assessed to the credit card provided.
