When a reservation made it is for the agreed period with the guest in whose name the booking is made.
Payments
Are in USD and via our website system the total rental amount is payable but deposit terms can be arranged.
Arrival / Departure Times
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Owners will try to accommodate the guests actual travel times.
Damage or Losses
Any damage or losses caused can be charged to the guest and may require them to vacate the property.
Access
Owner, staff or contractors may need access from time to time for maintenance purposes.
Number of Guests
Number of persons staying at the property must not exceed the booking confirmation. Additional guests may be arranged.
Use of Property
All bookings are assumed to be for holiday purposes only.
Conduct and Due Care
Guest are asked to behave appropriately and due care should be taken. Smoking is prohibited within the building.
Valuables and Security
Neither the owner nor representatives accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guest property.
Complaints
Should problems arise please inform the management and owner immediately who will endeavour to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are based on the total price of the reservation.
In the event that the guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation policy will apply;
• For a 50% refund cancelation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time otherwise no refund.
• If a guest cancels less than 7 days in advance the nights not spent are not refunded.
• If a guest arrives and decides to leave early the nights not spent are not refunded.
Amendments
Once a booking is confirmed the owner will do its best to accommodate any reasonable amendments.
In the unlikely event that the Property is unavailable the owner has the right to cancel the booking and refund the guests.
