Laguna lodge offers a large river frontage with views up the inlet to St. Georges basin. All units are only meters from our private jetty & moorings.
The bike track is directly out the front so you can take a stroll or ride your bike around the local area. Or you can take a dip in our new heated pool.
We are within walking distance of the village with all town facilities, club, restaurants, picture theatre, grocery store.

Our 2 Luxury spacious 2 bedroom pool side units are fully equip with a stylish modern kitchen, including oven,grill, microwave, full size fridge with an additional commercial bar fridge. Rooms with high raked ceilings contain a built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The modern bathroom includes a toilet, vanity and large glass sliding door shower big enough for 2 to shower in. The open plan kitchen flows out into the dining and lounge room creating a relaxed yet social feel.

Our 6 uniquely designed 2 bedroom & self contained water front units all wrap around the great large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area which overlooks the tranquillity of the inlet and our private jetty.

Each unit offers a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer. There is off street car parking.

Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.

Terms and Conditions
Novel Coronavirus (COVID - 19)
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests. Increased cleaning and hygiene practices have been implemented. The usual “Covid” practices of social distancing (1.5m) and the “1 person per 4sqm” indoor rule is applicable in our park. It is up to all guests to follow the government rules and respect other guests in the park. Always check government advice before travelling. You can find official health updates on australia.gov.au. 1. DEFINITIONS
“Booking” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.
“Property” means [Laguna lodge holiday units] and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment.
“Management” means the owners and managers of the Property.
"Guests" means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.
"Visitor" means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.
2. ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY.
• Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. CHECK IN/ OUT
• Check-in time is not before 2 pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10 am on departure date.
• Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
• You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 2 days before arrival.
• Check-in/check-out and key collection/return are to the office unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
4. PAYMENT
OPTION A) Booking & payment via the Online Payment System
OPTION B) Manual booking with office

• A 50% deposit, must be received when booking. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received.
• Payment in full must be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.
• Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian $ net of any bank or other transaction charges.
• Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.
• We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, direct deposit into our bank account, bank cheque & Cash.
• Personal cheques will be accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• A credit card surcharge of 1.1% for Visa & Master card & 2.5% for American express will be levied to cover transaction costs associated with credit card payments.

5. CANCELLATION OR VARIATION
• If you wish to vary or cancel you’re booking please e mail our office on info@lagunalodge.com.au
• Should you be eligible for a refund office staff will assist after a written confirmation of your eligible refund.
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking you will be refunded as per the cancellation policy
• A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.
• A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests
• An administration charge of $30 will be charged for any variation or cancellation.
• If Management is able to re-let the Property for the period cancelled a further refund may be made less administration charges, commissions and expenses.
• We have a minimum night’s stay policy of (2) nights mid week in off peak. Two (2) nights minimum stay on weekends. One (1) week seven (7) days in peak times. No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights stay policy.

6. SECURITY BOND
• Your credit card details will be taken at the time of your Booking. It will be deleted once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure.
• Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or, if you or another person you invite to the premises, introduce COVID-19 to the premises, will be charged against the bond and/or your credit card. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning, COVID-19 deep cleaning requirements and/or extra Guests beyond those declared.
Or:
• A credit card authorisation must be provided to Management upon confirmation of your Booking.

7. COVID-19
• If it is proven to Management’s satisfaction that you or another person you invited to the premises, introduced COVID-19 to the premises, you agree that you will be responsible for any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result thereof. That damage, loss and/or expense may include, but are not limited to, the cost of deep cleaning and sanitising the premises to allow it to re-open to Guests and the loss of any Booking fees during the time that the premises are unable to be open for Guests.

8. UNAVAILABILITY
• While we do our best to accommodate a preferred site or cabin number, these are not guaranteed.
•If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy whilst on your stay, due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy.

9. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
• Either Parties or Functions are strictly prohibited.
OR
• Parties and functions require prior approval at the time of Booking and special conditions will apply including extra charges, guests remain responsible for persons attending, no disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise, silence when entering and leaving the premises, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others, all noise to cease by 10pm.
• Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

10. LINEN AND TOWELS
• We supply tea towels, linen, sheets, towels & pillow cases, pillows, blankets and floor mats which must be left where supplied in the kitchen, bedrooms or bath room on departure. Beach towels are not included. Linen is left on the end of the bed.

11. PETS
• Pets are not allowed at the Property. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
12. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• You must follow the COVID-19 latest regulations. If you are on the premise on arrival and show symptoms relating to COVID-19. Management have the right to take your temperature with a non-contact Infrared temperature Thermometer.
• If it is proven that you, or any other person you invited to the premises, had COVID-19 during your stay on the premises and Management incurs any damage, loss or expense as a result thereof, you will be charged for same as per Clauses 6 and 7 above.
• You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
• You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)
• Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over-night. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
• Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
• Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card
• All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived
• The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
• You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $10.
• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms of the Property
OR
• Smoking is permitted on the decks. Please be considerate if other guests don't smoke please walk further away to smoke. Please note our property is a butt free place additional charges will be charged to your credit card if management has to pick up butts.

13. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
• In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
• Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property.
• Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.

We’re offering flexible booking policies on our rates, with bookings cancelled prior to arrival refundable if you’re no longer able to travel.
In peak times and school holidays a thirty (30) day written notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card which would be $30. Cancellations or changes that result in shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the rental & deposit unless we are able to re-book exact days.
No refunds 30 days unless we are able to re-book exact days.
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
