Set in a modern two storey home, Lakeside Retreat is an exclusive new serviced accommodation ideally situated in the peaceful inner Perth suburb of Gwelup. Guests have exclusive use of the top level of the home. Bookings include FREE continental breakfast daily.or a cooked delicious buffet breakfast on request. A fully equipped servery offering a fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils is available. Other facilities include a large lounge and dining area with a relaxing outdoor balcony. Free tea and coffee, biscuits, juice and fresh fruit are included daily.

Chairs and a small table are provided to relax and read or make a coffee with the in room facilities. Rooms come with a safe, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Bathrobes and toiletries are provided.
There is space for child’s folder bed and we also have a cot available.

Terms & Conditions
The number of adult guests is 2 adults per room. No smoking or eating meals in the room is allowed. A dining area is provided for meals. Snacks can be eaten in the room. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. No pets are permitted on this site. Third party invites are not permitted without consultation with the owner.
Look after the property and leave the areas in the same condition as you found them. Any damage caused by guests is to be charged to the guests account. The key collection information is given to guests prior to arrival by guests ringing 0438926137.
If arriving from the airport after 10pm then please contact owner for key arrangements 0438926137
Luggage can be stored after checkout . Please discuss with owner.
All guests need to be checked out by 10 am
Late checkout (up to 2pm) incurs a 50 dollar fee.
If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited / If cancelled 14 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
Payment Policy
Guests are able to pay using Visa, Mastercard or American express. Cash is also accepted. Payment is made prior or on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior to arrival date means guests forfeit 100 dollars deposit.
