‧三日至五日前（住房前一日算起）取消訂房退還訂金50%(不得延期)。
‧六日至14日前（住房前一日算起）取消訂房退還訂金70% (或得延期半年,如有價差需補差額)
‧15日後（住房前一日算起）取消訂房退還訂金80% (或得延期半年,如有價差需補差額)
