The Laneway apartments are privately owned and run by Wendy & Greg. We have enjoyed restoring and transforming this one of a kind 1926 Art Deco building into three beautiful apartments that sit atop the Urban Wellness Space & Spa. Any major damages to the property will be passed on, minor damages are expected but please let us know.

Children of any age are welcome. Please note that the rooftop apartment is on the second floor. There is no lift and four small sets of stairs to access the apartment

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary according to the season. For the Month of February there is a strict Non Refundable booking policy. For the months of Dec, Jan, March & April a two week non refundable policy applies. All other off peak times a one week policy applies.
