Terms & Conditions
Child Policy:
Maximum of (2) Children, 0-9 years old, provided using bed with parents, are free of charge. Third child shall be charged PhP 1,000 per room, per night.
Modification Policy:
Rebooking/rescheduling is allowed 15 days before the check-in date. Subject to room rate difference fee and shall be settled either prior or upon check-in.
No Show Policy:
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 NN to make way for proper disinfection of the rooms.
Smoking Policy:
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Pet policy:
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast is served at the Resto. If you want your food served at your respective cabins/villas, please notify the front desk personnel on your preferred food option and delivery time (subject to 10% room service charge).
Corkage:
No corkage fees for additional food and drinks brought inside the resort, except for the following:
Beer: P800/case
Wine: P300/Liter
Assorted/Any hard liquor: P500/Liter
Cooking is not allowed inside the room. BBQ grills are provided in the common grilling area.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm room reservation. First come/pay first serve basis. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not allowed; Non-refundable
Re-booking is allowed 15 days or 2 weeks before check-in date.
