Perched high atop the hill and enjoying stunning panoramic views across Dillon Bay Lejano offers 9 acres of pure seclusion with direct waterfront access. Lejano is available year round and can be rented either as a 3 bedroom house – Casa Lejano – or outside of high season separated into two fully self-contained semi-detached wings, Villa Lejano with 2 Bedrooms and the smaller Cabaña Lejano with 1 Bedroom. Both have separate entranceways and dedicated outdoor spaces, all that is shared is the beautiful view and the secluded beach.

Quality furnishings coupled with a Yamaha sound system and satellite television provide an opportunity to relax with the comforts of home. An outdoor setting complete with gas barbecue offers outdoor dining opportunities that are prefect on warm summer evenings and sheltered from prevailing winds during cooler times of the year.

The 20% deposit must be paid by credit card but we do offer a direct bank transfer option for the final payment if you wish to avoid bank imposed credit card fees. Please contact us for details (info@lejano.com.au).
Check in time is 3PM and departure by 11AM. We may be able to offer an earlier check-in time or later departure time so please enquire.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and must be paid by credit card. An additional 2.6% bank fee applies to all payments by credit card. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to your arrival. Full payment must be received prior to arrival at which point you will receive an automated email with the pick-up instructions for the keys.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival the full cost of your stay is non-refundable. A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights. Cancellations made due to government enforced travel restrictions related to the Coronavirus Crisis will not be subject to a cancellation fee and a full refund will be provided in these circumstances.
