Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation made available by Lon Retreat Pty Ltd.
By making a reservation for accommodation, guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to changes as are notified to them.

ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is subject to availability.
Lon Retreat will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings.
Rates are per room, per night based on two-person occupancy. Stratus Suite has additional charges based on three or four-person occupancy.
Pets are not allowed.
Check in time is 3pm.
Check out time is 11am.

CHILDREN
Children aged 16 and under are not catered for and Lon Retreat reserves the right and full discretion to not accept bookings for children within this age bracket.

BOOKINGS
A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and promptly advise Lon Retreat if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise Lon Retreat to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that credit card.
The liability of Lon Retreat arising from any cancellations of accommodation or extras by Lon Retreat or a third-party operator is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
A SEASONAL IN-SUITE DINING MENU WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU 7-10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE MAKE ANY SELECTIONS AND ORDER AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
Following a stock take of the in-suite, honesty bar and makers & growers retail after guest check out, Lon Retreat reserve the right to charge any items not paid for by the guest at the time of check out to the guaranteed credit card for that suite.

SPA
It is highly recommended that Spa bookings are made well in advance of your stay. Spa charges for treatments and retail may be added to a guests suite account and will be automatically charged to the guests credit card on file prior to check out. Lon Retreat reserve the right to charge any services/items not paid for by the guest at the time of check out to the guaranteed credit card for that suite.

Payment Policy

At the time of booking, Lon Retreat will request a valid credit card to secure the reservation and a deposit of 50% of the total reserved accommodation value will be charged onto this card.

The remaining balance of accommodation plus any extras including Spa Treatments, Honesty Bar, In-Suite, Makers & Growers and Retail will be charged onto the valid credit card used to secure the reservation on guest check-out.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT, NO SHOW & COVID POLICY

Due to the boutique, small nature of our 7-suite property, we are limited in our flexibility to cancel or amend reservations. With this in mind, all reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. 

If you cancel or amend your reservation/s:

a) With more than 14 days notice prior to your arrival date, your 50% deposit will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. 

b) 7-14 days notice is given prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged unless you transfer the full $value of your reservation to another date within 6 months of your original check-in date. A $100 administrative fee is also charged. 

c) 7 days or less notice is given prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to your total reserved stay less the deposit already paid. 

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff are hugely important to us. As a small, boutique property with just 7 suites we are fortunately well-positioned to manage the current COVID situation. Rest assured we have been keenly preparing for your safe arrival and have in place extensive cleaning and sanitisation measures, staggered check-ins and limited contact points. We ask that you please stay home if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms. Please note our COVID CANCELLATION POLICY allows for only the $100 administration fee to be charged and any deposits paid to be credited into the form of a Lon Gift Voucher which is valid for up to three years.
