Punakaiki Treehouse
The Punakaiki Treehouse is located 4.2km north of the Pancake Rocks. It is set in 3 hectares of native NZ bush and all of the units are elevated, with balconies overlooking the bush. The property consists of four rooms: Love Punakaiki is a luxury, two storied couples retreat. It features a treetop conservatory library and a bath on the deck. It is equipped with a full kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and bathroom. The Nikau and Rimu units are studio rooms, each with a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony overlooking the bush. Miro unit is a disability access unit on the ground floor.

Terms & Conditions
Smoking: The Punakaiki Treehouse is a smoke free property. In the event of someone having smoked in any of the Punakaiki Treehouse units, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income, to the registered guest's credit card.
Visitors and Parties: The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of any visitors whilst at the property and for cleanliness. No visitors of guests at the property are permitted to stay overnight. Parties are strictly prohibited. All deliberate and reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour will be charged to the registered guest. Intoxicated guests or visitors who become rowdy and unruly will be evicted. Any valid complaints from neighbouring properties about noise or inappropriate behaviour will result in eviction of both guests and/or visitor and the local police will be called.
Cleaning: Cleaning is carried out by us after each booking. However, we would appreciate the unit being left how you found it. All dishes washed or loaded into the dishwasher and turned on. The management reserves the right to charge an additional $50.00 if the unit is left in such a state that additional cleaning resources or materials are required.
Rubbish and Recycling: Please place rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins, against the house, underneath the main wooden outside staircase.
Native Bush: We ask that you please respect the native plants, birds and animals on our property and remain on the the paths provided.
Payment Policy
Payment is available via credit card, Paypal or direct internet banking. Payment must be received in full at least 14 days prior to arrival. The lockbox code for the date of your arrival will be forwarded upon receipt of payment in full.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your booking within 14 days of your arrival date, a fee equal to the total cost of all accommodation booked will be charged. However, if we are able to resell your room, we will waive this fee. A "No Show" will incur a fee equal to the total cost of all accommodation booked.
