Terms & Conditions
Check In time is from 2 pm and Check Out time is 10 am. If you need to come in or leave outside these times, please let us know as we are more than happy to help accommodate you when we can.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation notice.
A minimum two night stay on long weekend(s) and public holiday(s) (3 at Easter).
Apartments are serviced weekly.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. If smoking occurs, we reserve the right to apply a cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the account holder.
Payment Policy
Credit card details will be required to secure your reservation and booking with us.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due on arrival and the time of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
If your cancellation is related to Covid19 you will not be charged, however we ask for as much notice as possible.
50% deposit is required in advance (holiday makers) to guarantee and confirm your bookings.
A 50% balance required on arrival and the time of your stay.
Corporate/ Business traveler – No deposit is required (can invoice and set up account)
Please note that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in place, whereas if less notice is given the full room payment will be deducted from the credit card provided.
The 50% deposit will only be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice you will incur a 50% cancellation fee on your deposit amount.
Same applies to business traveler, 25% charge for booking if cancelled within 14 days.
