*Check in 2 pm Check out 10 am- Other times by arrangement with the management
*On departure please ensure all lights, air cons-heaters off and the house keys are left on the kitchen bench
*The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition-all food must be removed from the fridge and rubbish to be placed in bins provided.
*Please do not strip the beds as management and cleaners will address this, however we do appreciate towels, face washers and bathmats to be placed in the bathroom .
KITCHEN
has hotplates, oven and microwave, electric frypan ,toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery
ENVIRONMENT:
*As we are environmentally conscience please ensure unnecessary lights are off during the day and at night
*If air-conditioning or heating is in use please close all external windows and doors
*As we have a septic system-strictly toilet paper only- thankyou
RUBBISH:
Bins are provided at the side of the property .Bin liners are located in the kitchens
PARKING:
*Please park your vehicle on the left hand side under the carport, and the entrance is to your left to the rear staircase of the property
POOL:
*Pool Hours 8 am to 10.00 pm
*Children must be supervised at all times by an adult and use is at own risk-
*Strictly- no diving or bombing
- no glass allowed with in the fenced pool area
BICYLCES
*Strictly NO cycling footwear to be worn inside ,in addition we have a "no bike inside" policy
WILDLIFE VISITORS
*as you are in the country you may also observe rabbits, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas ,wombats and deer-
BBQ FACITILIES
*The BBQ is available outside and we ask your assistance in not moving the BBQ, turning gas off at the cylinder and cleaning after each use.
WATER
*As the property is serviced by catchment and spring water, water filters are fitted in the kitchen. We still recommend boiling water prior to drinking if you are concerned.
WI FI
Is available and no password is required
PET FRIENDLY
Please be mindful chickens live on the property as do elderly cats so if the chooks are grazing please ensure your pooch is on a lead-

All bookings require the first night to be paid as a deposit within 2 days of of receiving the confirmation tax invoice.
The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
