Terms & Conditions
We are open all year round - 365 days a year. Check in is from 3pm - check out at 11am.
There is a 2 night minimum stay for each property. There is a minimum 3 night stay over Christmas/New Year.
Guests are liable for any damages, breakages or loss. The cabins are cleaned from top to bottom after every booking - if guests leave washing up or create excessive mess, we will charge a 'cleaning fee' of $40.
Dogs are welcome but please keep them in your sight and under your control at all times. They mustn't be allowed to get through fences and on to neighbouring properties. Please be mindful of other guests.
Payment Policy
We require credit card details to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
We are a very small business and so must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will result in 1 night's booking charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged at the full cost of the booking.
For bookings over the school holidays we require 30 days notice or 100% of the booking will be charged
