Terms & Conditions

Bookings can only be made and confirmed by guests able to provide credit card details at the time of booking and pay in full 14 days prior to arrival. A valid email address is also required. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at HobartHolidays@gmail.com if you have any questions or require any changes. Please review our Cancellation Policy, as securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy. Your apartment is allocated one on-site car parking space, and additional vehicles will need to use the free parking in the car park nearby. All accommodation is non smoking and pet free. Any theft or damage to the property will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking. Check in time is any time after 2:00pm on the first day of your reservation, and check out time is any time before 10:00am on the last day of your reservation.

Payment Policy

Credit card details for full payment must be provided at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa card online or over the phone at the time of booking. Once your booking and credit card details have been received they will be retained on file and payment for the full amount will be processed 14 days prior to your arrival. The only exception to this is where bookings are made through a third party website who may choose to take full payment at the time of booking - this will be disclosed to you at the time of booking by the third party booking agent.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made 15 days or more from the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of $15 (charged at the owner's discretion).

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.

Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
